Home / Services / Product Copywriting
Product copywriting that explains why it matters.
Product pages and descriptions that lead with benefits, answer objections and make it obvious why the product matters.
Features tell, benefits sell
Nobody buys a 5000mAh battery — they buy a phone that survives the weekend. I translate spec sheets into outcomes, then place each message where the decision happens: the PDP, the pricing tier, the empty state, the upgrade nudge.
The result reads effortlessly because the hard thinking happened upfront.
What’s included
From naming to microcopy
- Product and feature naming — memorable names with rationale and trademark-safe shortlists.
- Feature and PDP copy — benefit-led sections, comparisons, and FAQs that defuse objections.
- Onboarding flows — signup, empty states, and tooltips that get users to value faster.
- Microcopy audits — button labels, errors, and confirmations rewritten for clarity.
Process
Inside the product, beside the team
I embed with your PMs and designers for a week: using the product, reading tickets, and mapping the moments where words decide outcomes. Copy ships in annotated Figma comments or your docs, ready for implementation. Audits take one week; full product engagements run three to six.
Do you write for apps, physical products, or both?
Both. SaaS onboarding and e-commerce PDPs are the most common briefs, but the method — outcomes over specs, placed at the decision point — works for anything with a customer.
How do you handle highly technical products?
I interview your engineers and read the docs until I can explain it simply — then I check every claim back with the team. Accuracy is non-negotiable; simplicity never comes at its expense.
Can you work from existing UX mocks?
Yes. Drop me Figma links and I’ll write to the constraints, flagging anywhere the design fights the message so we fix the layout instead of squeezing the words.
